Mark Rüegg has spent many years with a leading Investment bank and has in-depth experience in the area of FX Cash and Collateral Trading. In his last role as Director at UBS Investment Bank London, he was responsible for FX Prime Brokerage Sales, where he advised hedge funds and broker/dealer firms in risk management, processes and trading platforms. Mark is on the board of directors of the Weather Risk Management Association (WRMA) since May 2012.
Board of Directors Stefan Lippe - Chairman
Mr. Stefan Lippe is a graduate in mathematics and business administration from the University of Mannheim. He obtained his doctorate in 1982 being awarded the Kurt Hamann foundation prize for his thesis. In 1983, he joined Bavarian Re (a former Swiss Re subsidiary). He was appointed member of the Management Board in 1988 when he assumed responsibility for the company's casualty line of business in the German-speaking area. In 1993, he became Chairman of the Management Board of Bavarian Re. Mr. Stefan Lippe was appointed a member of Swiss Re's Executive Board in 1995, as Head of the Bavarian Re Group. In 2001, he was assigned the role of Head of the Property & Casualty Business Group and appointed a member of Swiss Re's Executive Committee. Beginning in 2005, he led Swiss Re's Property & Casualty and Life & Health Underwriting activities; and in 2008, he took over as Chief Operating Officer of Swiss Re and was also appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Re. In 2009, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Swiss Re and stayed in this function until January 2012. In April 2012 he was appointed member of the Board of Directors of AXA and was assigned the role of Chairman of the AXA Audit Committee in October 2013. Mr. Stefan Lippe was named Reinsurance CEO of the year 2011 by the leading industry publication, Reaction, and he was recognised at the Worldwide Reinsurance Awards 2013 ceremony with the “Lifetime Achievement Award”. After nearly 30 years with Swiss Re he turned to other activities. In 2011, Mr. Stefan Lippe co-founded Acqupart Holding AG and Acqufin AG and serves currently as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of both companies. In May 2013, he co-founded Paperless Inc. and serves currently as Chairman of the Board of Directors of this company. With effect October 2013, Mr. Stefan Lippe was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of CelsiusPro AG. Mark Rüegg - Vice Chairman Jürg Haller - non executive Boardmember
Jürg Haller graduated at the University in Zurich in Applied Sciences and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School following four years in JP Morgan’s financial advisory unit in New York. Jürg Haller worked for Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) from 1985 to 1998 where he held various positions including Head M&A Europe, CEO Business Area Corporates and was elected to Member of the Group Executive Board in 1997. Jürg Haller joined UBS AG in 1998 where he held various positions including CEO Corporate Clients, Head of Risk Transformation and Capital Management, Global Head Products & Services for Global Wealth Management and Business Banking, Chairman and CEO UBS Latin America as well as Head Wealth Management International. Currently Jürg Haller is Vice Chairman of UBS Wealth Management and Group Managing Director. Jürg Haller is on the Board of directors of UBS Grupo Financiero, UBS Casa de Bolsa, UBS Bank Mexico and the Latin American Chamber of Commerce Dr. Stephan Hostettler- non executive Boardmember
Dr. Stephan Hostettler is Managing Partner of his own independent consulting firm, specialized in implementing sustainable value based corporate governance. Furthermore he is lecturer for Corporate Governance at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Jonathan Barratt has been involved in the financial markets for the last 30 years having obtained experience in the Australian, London and Hong Kong markets. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Economics Degree plus Honors; a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of New England. He also has a Grad Dip of Corp Law for the University of Sydney. He is a Senior Associate of ANZIFF and FINSIA. He has a proficient knowledge in all aspects of OTC Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, Commodity Futures, Equities markets and was a qualified practitioner for the Securities Institute of Australia in some of the above topics.
